Fitness, health and performance has been a passion of Ollies for many years. With a heavy sporting background in high level tennis he understands not only what's necessary to optimally adapt ones body composition but how to do so in a way that increases performance output and improves the bodies functional mobility, capability and athleticism.
Aside from fitness, with an Entrepreneurship degree under his belt, Ollie is heavily into all things business. Outside of the gym you could also find him out hiking, playing around on the stock markets or sharing puppy videos on Facebook.
