Fitness, health and performance has been a passion of Ollies for many years. With an evidence-based approach and a sporting background in high level tennis he understands not only what's necessary to optimally adapt ones body composition but how to do so in a way that increases performance output and improves the bodies functional mobility, capability and athleticism. He is a huge advocate of training for functional aesthetics; combining a wide variety of movements and intensities into training to create a body that looks great, feels great and performs great!
I have a keen drive to bring back the true meaning of physical health, dilute the common perspective social media has encouraged and get us focusing on both feeling and looking great. For many of us, looking leaner and healthier in the summer sun is an awesome goal...but to fully appreciate this we need to feel awesome too!
Aside from fitness, with an Entrepreneurship degree under his belt, Ollie is heavily into all things business. Outside of the gym you could find him out hiking, playing around on the stock markets or sharing puppy videos on Facebook.
